2013 dash in 2012

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has successfully swapped the 2013+ dash panel into the 2012. The overall profile of the dash appears to be the same however trim panels around the radio and such appear different. If anyone knows whether this is possible let me know.

This is prob going to be tough, as I've not seen anyone attempt to swap the dash over to know if all of the clips and whatnot line up. It would probably be extremely expensive as well.
