2012 Civic Coupe Windshield

I recently applied for a Fastrak bridge pass here in California. I had to select the type windshield I have. The choices were a regular windshield on which you can install the Fastrak unit inside the car or the metal oxide windshield which requires a special Fastrak unit that mounts on the exterior of the vehicle. Do I have the metal oxide windshield?

Im guessing it's like EZ Pass. We have regular windshields.
