Is your budget $1000 for wheels and tires or just wheels?
If it's $1000 for wheels and tires then your going to be limited as tires will be around $400 or more for a decent 18inch tire.
The seller is Bernardi Parts which is a known online Honda parts seller. I would think the Amazon listing is legit parts.

Lol.....it's always hit or miss because info on forums only represent a super small number of cars produced. Take Dent as an example.....after 15k miles he does not have the wire harness issue or the motor mount issue either.
The big stink is the wiring harness that came from the factory have bad clips that work themselves loose or not properly installed. Some cases it's an easy fix, others require splicing of the harness. So then it becomes an issue or the dealership techs having to know correctly how to fix. If...
Soooooo, have been doing more in depth research on the Focust ST and will be putting it off the car list. Just too many "major" issues to potentially deal with and some owners are having issues with the dealerships not wanting to work on TSB items. Sooooo yeah, no thanks.

I would almost ask for a rim and tire seperate and take it to a tire shop and the dealership can pick up the bill since they do not know how to do a proper job on anything.
Yeah....local dealership has a 15 sedan for 22,300 which should be roughly 22,500 or so otd. They also throw in lifetime oil changes and lifetime state inspections($40 a year).....which is pretty nice. Toss in the trade and it wouldn't bee a bad deal.
