So they are comparing a vbox number to a random dyno number? Couldn't they just put a vbox on a 9thgen Si so the comparison could be more equal?
Also, this shouldn't be a huge surprise. Honda set out to make the Civic better than it was.....looks like they are accomplishing that feat.
If your the one doing the maintenance on the car, then you can just keep track of what your doing and at what mileage. At the end of the day, it's your car and you can do what you want/feel like. Spending a little more money on maintenance items is never a bad thing, IMO.

They should done the side that sticks to the spoiler twice as big as the side that is raised up in the air. More surface to stick to the spoiler and more CF goodness, lol.
Everyone in here is going to tell you to go with the Mich Pilot Sport. But you don't want to run a dedicated winter set up. I would suggest a high performance all-season tire since most(if not all) summer tires are horrible in snow/really cold temps.
