But this is a new engine, which to some people would prefer. But then again, Honda requires you to be a legit "recacar"......no love for the regular joe blow enthusiast. It also seems that Honda is jumping on the bandwagon. Seems like most manufacturers are doing crate engines now.....ei...

Nice! I hope to one day put the factory Ford Recaros in the Fiesta one day. The little FiST really needs better seats when trying to hoon around town and in the mountains.

It did very well, lots of fun. Needs better tires.....was spinning the inside front tire coming out of some corners and maybe brake lines.....brake pedal seemed soft for me.

Haha..... No, I stripped the wheels down to bare metal, then used an etching primer, then the color coat. When I got the wheels, they original finish was really beat up.

Get an older one then. I know I've seen it in the smurf blue. Looks good too...

I get back into town tomorrow and can see what the Accord cover looks like and compare it to your pic. I barely messed with the Accord stuff but I think it might be different. I'll let you know...

Take a pic of the back side of the cover. I believe it slides in between the door and the metal piece surrounding the the key hole. Once it slides in, it might click into place.

If it was $5k less and basically all stripped out.....no wheels, seats, wing, basic stereo. I would still spring for the "loaded" R.

Why did you sand the roof? Was it that bad?

Make sure the roof is cool to the touch. I rushed mine and did it under the sun and the roof was warm. Still came out decent but the vinyl stuck a lot easier with he warmth. Just made making adjustments a bit harder.
