Back at it.....

It’s Kinetic brand but can’t remember the model. It is a “smart” trainer....so I can link it to apps and the resistance changes with the route/terrain. Got it on sale for $350.

I also got a belated bday present....a bike trainer. Got it a few weeks ago. That is our spare room turned into an office/gym. Looking at replacing the carpet with rubber “gym floor” type of stuff. My fiancé and I put up the cabinets and stuff.

We “bought” a patio, lol. They are starting next week.

Pizza and beer tonight.....

The lady made chicken Marsala last night....won’t be on the regular rounds. Kinda bland. Win some....loose some....

NY strips tonight with “bagged” mashed potatoes and a salad.

you gotta start with small/easy recipes and just build up from there.

Back in my single days I would eat the frozen breaded chicken strips and a drink. Frozen waffles in the morning. Just gotta find you a lady friend that will cook!

Haha....we eat pretty good around here. I try not to look at the food bill. Breakfast is like that everyday, minus the sausage. Lunch is usually a ham and turkey sandwich with chips on most days. Dinner is whatever the fiancé makes. Those Tbones were a special treat. Still cheaper than...

George was not happy that we stoped at the vet...

Yeah, $26k including the car but I’m sure he was out of pocket for way less since he is basically a K Tune commercial. In that vid he never really mentioned what was sponsored. He also did a balls out build. I would think most people would have half the cost. Maybe a little more if s shop did...
