I did a search - looks like the 04 tsx wheels are:
5x114.3, 17x7 +55mm offset

2012 Civic LX OEM wheels:
6" wide with a +48mm offset

you'll be 7 mm (0.3'') closer to suspension/brakes components on the TSX's. Take a look on the back side of your current rim - see if you've got a little room. If you do, you'll be fine.

Run spacers. You can run a 5mm on stock studs I believe, then you'll only be 2mm closer. Not the best choice but if you have to have those wheels and they don't fit. Also tire choice could make up for that small of a distance.
