@webby looks fine and i'm not that dropped ,so i can run that fitment with eyes closed!!
That pic isn't a 9th gen. I just showed that pic to illustrate where a 235 tire would sit on the rim. Compare that to panda's clearance of 6mm to the strut & make your choice.

I bet you will rub and have issues. Just from my experience trying to run very very tight fitments. I looked at lots of pics, threads, and even emailed people, still rubbed at stock height. Be ready to do fender work. Remember, just cause it fits going straight doesn't mean it won't rub hard on a bump or a turn or even with one extra person in the car.

Im actually running 18x9.5 +35 at a 4-5 inch drop. I did have to get my rears slightly rolled barley even noticeable but thats just cause im tucking the lip. You should do fine if you run maybe a 205/40 tire on your wheel.

At the moment I am running 225/40 Potenza S-04s. It rubbed just a tad bit under hard compression in the front with the 5mm spacer so I had to trim one of the tabs that holds the fender liner.

Mine are 17x9, I would imagine that your wheels are likely hitting the strut? I had to run a 5mm spacer in the front in order to clear the OE strut once I added camber.
