I see, I definitely believe those numbers.

Got mine today and feels really tame compared to 8th gen.

For now I'm chalking it up to regular gas, I went and topped it off with 3.5 gallon of 93 to boost the octane some.

No more gas should enter that car that isn't 91+

Trust me the couple bucks per tank isn't worth it. Also Honda will yell at you if you bring it in for problems and you have <91 in there.

I use Shell 93 all the time, car feels pretty quick, that torque should give it a completely different feel than the 8th has.

Needs pics and vids RIGHT NOW!!!

Guys guys, I have a whole DVD the shop gave me of pics I have to upload, I'm trying to get a streetable tune before it gets pitch dark here and working with Vit at the moment. I'll do everything as soon as I can!!! (Just note I have the boomba mounts so the video WILL be shaky during deceleration and such. It definitely makes the car vibrate a decent amount.

Working on it though! I'm so pumped. It sounds so good.

EDIT: Picture from earlier

Well turns out the wastegate has a 9PSI spring in it at the moment and I don't have the gauges connected as the pods are not done yet so I am going to try and have them throw the 6PSI one in. (I maxed out the stock MAP at 10.4PSI :pat: )

Edit: Yeah Vit is at least getting it to drive a bit smoother than that map I had on before when I drove home. It's getting better each time! His work is like magic.

Yea he is! He gives me a hard because I haven't bought flashpro yet lol! But just from your little driving how is "Turbo lag" if any? I know the 5858 ball bearing is damn near a supercharger the way power is delivered! Just wondering. I know you haven't done any hard pulls just wondering on that?

It felt like almost none, I can say it's a LOT quicker to spool than my Volvo was. Not that you can compare but it's crazy. Just barely stepping on the gas 2k rpms you hear what sounds like a mix between a supercharger whine and a turbo. Vit has seen all the logs and he would be able to pinpoint how quickly it spools better than I. I'm just aware that it capped out the stock MAP so I haven't tried to pass anyone or anything like that really in fear of doing it again. It's like a quick snap back when it happens :(

Also buy FlashPro already! It's worth it just to have if you ever need a tune for any reason!

It sounds and feels so great. Motor mount vibration is a little excessive but whatever. Once I get a good solid final tune on it and the right spring and the EBC it will be perfect!
Ya I can't believe you got those mounts on a new car. I would stick with the stock mounts if or when I go turbo. I like the smoothness of my car.
