So the '13 comes with a shroud for the radiator area?! I have hated the way my '12 looks without one. The 8th gen had a shroud too. Cheap bas***** at Honda. THey should give 'em to '12 owners. Gonna get one for my '12 for sure.

I agree it finishes off the engine bay nicely. They should give 12 owners discounts or something.

If someone can find the part number/s, I imagine it wouldn't cost very much.

Called College Hills Honda: Part #N012013-05-3100. There are two bolts and about eight pushpins or whatever they are called. The shroud lists for @ $54.00. WHat I don't know is if it is completely compatible with the '12. Remember they changed the front end on the sedan a bit. I have arranged to go to my dealership and pull up next to a '13 and eyeball the two next to each other. Will report back. If this is backward compatible, it is a must have for me.

After all, this looks like crap, not to mention that wet road salts, etc. go right past, which is why you see the door-seal stripping across the front:

Thank you sir! I appreciate it. I really liked the explanation to your avatar, I think that was the coolest of them all. Luring people into the water...Awesome. I like that it had to be translated too.

Congrats on the really clean drop! I had cars that low before and not sure if I wanna go that low again myself but my car looks like a 4x4 stock. It's pretty much begging me to lower it lol I've been looking into tein street advance

Do it! @Arm0gedd0n has them, his car rides awesome....You don't have to go low, just a little. Then a little more, you know

Wow, I didn't realize how big. The same intake and it looks significantly different. I'm gonna post up a better pic to see if the plastic clips line up.

I also have a tbs on there. I went to Hamilton Honda parts dept. and Dave helped me out. He pulled a 2013 Civic from the service bay around front and next to my car. The parts are not interchangeable. The front fascia for '12 has the same two allen bolts, several of the same pushpins, but the '12 fascia appears that it would have to be hacked apart to make way for the '13 shroud. I ordered it anyway for $40 and it will arrive tomorrow. I will make it work somehow. Sorry if I'm hijacking your thread with this. Your ride is looking GREAT!

No worries hotdogjohnny, I hope I was able to help. Let us see how it turns out. I bet you can make it work. What's your opinion on the tbs? Worth it?

I think it's so funny how you guys have tons of mods but everyone keeps on their front license plate hahahaha
That was my first mod, had to go.

:1: jinotiq I agree. Unfortunately the dealer used a railroad spike directly through the painted surface of the front bumper to mount the plate bracket...Plus I don't need that unwanted police attention :shadyhat:
I am currently cleverly disguised as a responsible adult, driving a really low attention getter. lol

A lot of states require plates on the front.

That's why it's so funny you guys have the balls to slam your cars and exhaust super loud and a front plate scares you guys hahah

Have you guys tried taking it off just to see because you could hardly notice the ONE screw hole in the bumper especially if you have a black car. I just wouldn't hide such a beautiful front end.

And plus all the times I've been pulled over was because of other things way worse and every time they say "well I'm not gonna write you up for the exhaust / being lowered but I am gonna ticket you for the license plate" so in the end if you're gonna get a ticket then might as well get one for $10 fix it lol
