Are there any quiet aftermarket catbacks yet! I ran a vibrant with dual resonators on the 8th gen... Loved the sleeper effect and also quiet unless I wanted to hear it rip.

Suggestions would be welcome..also anyone hear news on vibrant?

It's ok, i think the main benefit is the exhaust. So long as you combine the downpipe with exhaust i think you'll have great results.

What about with a 2.75" exhaust like the invidia cat back?? Would that just be middle ground?

tl;dr:

any downpipe besides stock is great. Even stock is pretty good if you get rid of the cats.

Hey, I've been looking into bolt ons an had a dumb question. One thing I'm looking at is the downpipe, which from what I read eliminates the cat. I love in VA and was wondering if this would cause a failed inspection??

If you live in a state that does emissions testing then id say yes you would fail with no cat. However, you can get catted downpipes. Afaik skunk2 is the only downpipe that comes catless with no option for a cat.
