Hello all,

I am just looking for some basic info on what it would take to switch out my stock light bulbs in the front of my 2012 civic lx for bulbs that are halogen or the "brighter white" lights. Is this hard to do? And should I change out the day time running headlights too? Any bit of knowledge would be appreciated. If you have any questions on what im trying to do let me know and Ill get back to you :) Thanks guys

If you're just buying halogen bulbs, it's just a matter of pulling the stock bulb out, and putting the replacement bulb in it's place. As for the daytime running lights... just know that depending on what you do, they are also your high beams. So, users who install LEDs need to jump through additional hoops to make them work properly....and even then, you basically lose your high beams. You can still go with a more white looking halogen high beam though. It's the same deal as your low beams. Pull the stock bulb/replace with new bulb. No wire changes, no ballasts,... just swapping bulbs.

Any recommendations for a whiter looking DRL/High-beam Halogen light bulb? (Plug and play)
