What is the normal time to wait for an order to be shipped? It's now over two weeks, I called two days ago and they said it would be shipped that day(Tue/Wed 12/13)......And went to my account but to no avail so far?

I like it better that they say it's not ready than to say it's going out, but not happen............

Actually I'm not as concerned about how long it takes(being made, or delievery time)........ What I didn't care for is when I called to get a shipping date, they just jumped right in there with "it's shows to be shipped today"(which was about 3 days ago)..........
My point is don't bull-us, give us a true date, like 2 weeks from now...... whatever ............ I'm a retired courier, and this stuff is what causes problems with customers and shippers...... Have the ppl that take calls about shipments just tell the truth........ It's not even the guys fault that took the call, they are told how to answer....... 20 years of this ...... Some do it right...... some need to learn.......
They have a on-line system where I go to my account with them(that's good)......... but there is no info saying it was shipped(and that's the tracking number access).
Now that I found a on-line tracker I won't have to talk to ppl there......... and it's able to give a status........ So maybe they'll have a company meeting and straighten out the customer contact line ..........
Thx for chiming with some thoughts for help though.

Thx, webby....... I don't know where they come from......... But from reading about how they make them, it sounds like a good product. It also says it can take up to 2/3 weeks before shipping.........
