have you tried the new space rip intake? sure, its a little pricey, but it pulls air directly from the north pole, which is still a chilly 80 degrees.

why would u put wuts the best intake for a 9th gen civic when there isnt one out yet. sri will cause heat soak and u will loose hp in hot temps but in cold temps is where it realsease its true calling.
