Turbo+ AWD!!!!!

:woot: for a $100 tire.... Its by one of the worse tire companies out (Sumitomo) but it gets me on the road with 4 TL's..... Now 5 hours in the car to get t Richmond VA and a wedding this weekend....
 
I miss Brian and his disgustingly delicious sounding boosted civic! Come to think of it, I sort of miss out 8thcivic crew here. We had just started to get a tight little crew. Maybe we should have a reunion. Although Mike Gabriel is practically part of my family now, McBitchyPants is around a lot (joining the subie family) and Dawn just won't go away.
 
I have a dyno/stereo/car show on saturday in NYC and an auto-x race on sunday .... busy busy
 
going to a hillclimb race, but not competing :sad:

Dawn and JoshFTL, did you see we now have Wedensday night meets in Chesapeake? Even better, there is a prior 8thCivic member that goes to it. Too funny. Damn near every night of the week here. Kinda cool. I don't have classes on Wednesdays this semester, so may go next week if you're interested.

actually August was kinda slow, but has picked up to the point of getting ridiculous. There are 3 events/shows/meets that I could go to on tomorrow. I am skipping a high-end car run on sunday. I saw the videos from their last run and they were cutting way too many corners in the twisties for me to roll with them. Some seriously nice & fast cars out of NYC... my car would be slowest by far :rotfl:

The last time I went to the show I'm going to tomorrow, the Pinks All Out winner was there to do some dyno runs (he spun the dyno). I may get/buy a couple of photos with some car models that are supposed to be there.... well, if they complement the car that is ;) The last time, they didn't catch my eye (so to speak).... ok, they were not so pretty :giggle:

Yeah their first meet was this past Wednesday, but we went to Wacky Wednesday and watched a Subaru spin out.

Blue Blob Eye STi. Just put a new clutch on it. Its the one that sounds like he hits his rev limiter all the time. He will be out next and final wednesday of the season for the top dog showdown. I guess he is the one to beat on the track when he hooks up.

The US129... no good shots (for me). I want photos where the photo is not zoomed into my car. I want to see some road/twisties

I still need to look through 129Slayer
 
VA traffic sucks and so do there drivers..... Car was almost taken out about a dozen times...

Josh- that guy pushes his car hardcore. He's funny to talk to. The couple of times I did time attacks I talked with him. He doesn't pretend to be a wiz, but he knows enough to be dangerous.
