Yes, Ain't no runnin' from...karma ...No no (BEP- love that song)....but, you don't have to force karma either. This guy will get his one day whether HJ does something concrete or not.
 
Hmm... You know what I would do... visit your local Gander Mountain / outdoors sports store, buy a bottle of Buck Urine.... and proceed to open the cap, and pour it down the cowl near the windshield. It would take maybe ~ 30 seconds of your time... and good luck getting that stench out! buck urine.JPG

go ahead and put the buck urine on his door handles. or get one of those bottles of skunk odor and rub it on his door handles.
