Sleepy checkin in......:woot new site

doing welll except my blown out phyatic nerve, I hobble around due to extreme pain going down my left leg......oh well crap happens.

My shoulder (right one) hurts today.. :( I hurt it getting in the Subie or something.. it was fine this morning.
 
Sine wifey is a kept woman she can get up for fire alarms and report back if the building is actually burning
 
I reinsured it today getting in my car, going to find me a walker or cane to use until fully healed. I can't even pick up jack atm
 
there is nothing no one can do for me but my visa card and a back cracker, when i have time i will be going to physio. All I do atm is eat sleep and work....oh and hang with wifey and jack

i was keeping my hands and mind busy lastnight cause my head was leading me down a dangerous path of wanting to get not sober.

I do realize it day by day, considering i have spent roughly 15 plus years not sober from various items. Life is very different in so many ways now......there are days i enjoy the smallest things, but i have days where i just want to escape....those days i go work on my car or jump online to keep myself busy. idle mind and hands lead me astray if not careful
