There was a lot of talk on this topic in other threads so I decided to move it here to make a proper outlet for those who share this hobby.

I'm hoping to learn from you all as this is something I just started to dabble in.

Always wanted a hobby grade rc car so I finally bought this about 2 weeks ago. I'm happy with my choice so far.

Congrats. With a good Lipo battery and proper gearing that thing should be able to hit 60mph.
I picked up a 3s 5000Mah LiPo battery to go with it. I don't have a way to clock it, but the thing is damn fast. I went full throttle in a parking lot.

Nice. I need to repair/upgrade some of mine.

That's quite the collection. I'm still looking for legitimate places to take mine in the area that isn't just an empty parking lot. We had a track at a local motocross facility but the owners decided to shut it down.

Those are just my cars....I also have planes, helicopters, and quadcopters.

Mine are park flyers....barely. 36" wingspan Piper Cub and AT6.

I wish I could go bigger. I have the champ which looks just like the cub I think it has an 18" wingspan, and I have a p-51 mustang also with a similar wingspan. the champ is a 3 channel and the mustang is 4.

That looks like so much fun. Been thinking about building a 1/10 RC car.

I used to race on an indoor carpet road course. The Civic and Acura are 4wd touring cars underneath.

Actually, the Civic has a lowered rally car chassis.

Check out horizon hobby. There having a pretty extensive sale on most of their rc cars currently. I picked mine up with a good battery for just under 400.

Posted my RC cars and planes, might as well show the rest.

Sold my Savage and bought a brand new Slash 4x4 Platinum Edition. Plan on building that thing for 100+MPH speed runs.

@Michal006 your from the PA area right? know of any places relatively close to Delaware that I could go to for track time? The cul de sac behind my house is getting boring.
