I see you tried out my soapy water suggestion. Nice. Works good doesn't it?

Bring it to a tire shop. It may just need to have the bead cleaned up. Then throw some bead sealer on there before they seat it again. Should solve the issue.

Indeed sir!! got lazy last week so i did it today on my day off...works like a champ! going to go tomorrow selling my blk lugs today to a friend so ill have some cash lol
 
I'm not good at wheel ID... are they the same rims as the gold ones you sold.... just pink?

Yes sir, but the specs were better and lips were much bigger and cleaner
