Just so you know the best months to purchase statistically for discounts/rate are August and February.
 
This was taken the exact moment that I first saw my 2013 Si HFP, before I made the purchase. Some chick returned it and traded it in for a Pilot, and they sold it to me at used price of a regular Si. There's only 10 HFP's in my country.
