Just got a delivery from UPS. I'll be installing them this weekend if I don't end up going to ART for the SRI fit. I'll post before and after pictures, and possibly a DIY.

did you have the 1st rendition of the springs initially? Did it not come with 8th isolators?

They told me that they are keeping with their original design, so they included the 8th gen isolators with these. That's what's sitting under the left spring.

These ride amazing! I'll try and get better after pictures tomorrow.

I agree that the drop looks good...I just dislike the issues users went through, and then they disappeared when things came up.

Yea, I do agree with you on that. But I already knew what kind of drop they offered, saw it on other civic, and it was the drop I wanted for now. I'm also the type of person to give someone a second chance.

I see they still don't list them on their site...so how did you get a set?

I got an email from them last week, and these are basically a prerelease. They had nine sets on that release, and they had a list of people that they emailed, and it just went down the list. The rears are coiled opposite, just like the 9th gens are suppose to be. So these aren't just 8th gens released as 9th gen springs for all those that were wondering.

but to my understanding, they are identical to the springs everyone got initially when they released springs. They are just giving people the isolators to make them work.

Yup, that's basically what they told me when I was asking them a million questions before I ordered them.

 .......everyone should read the thread devoted entirely to Road Magnet before purchasing these springs. spazerboy has alot of info...nine sets etc...:barf: might be Alaina, lol

Yea, I'm definitely not Alaina. I know Road Magnet has had complaints filed against them to BBB about their service and everything, but I didn't care.

Just bought a set myself. How long did it take? I got a custom powder coat, I figure it might take a little longer.

I got the regular blue ones, and it only took a few days for me to get them. Not sure how long it takes for other color sets.

I'm having Noise problems with these wonderful springs. I've taken apart both sides of my front end multiple times. I've checked and rechecked torque specs, spring hats etc. I'm assuming its the pos road magnet quality. Personally I think it's the coils rubbing together creating friction radiating through the front end. RM should just give everyone who wasted their money a full refund for the extensive r and d plus the problem solving we have done. These piece of s#%^ springs for our cars front end aren't even concaved like the factory springs, not even mentioning the noise problems with the rear. I'm about to go back to factory height. Road magnet for the ULTIMATE lose. Thanks RM for all the headaches and drama.
