Our winters are some what mild but our population in our city is twice you guys lol and most people can't even drive in the winter, they're either too cheap to buy winter tires or drive too slow...40 under 80km/h with mild snow fall..

Oh I've noticed that.... I'm out here visiting my girlfriends fam and it snowed yesterday. everyone on the road was driving 40 everywhere....
