2013 Civic "Premium Audio System" Navigation Stereo Upgrade

My 2012 civic ex has nav radio only and no amplifier. I'm guessing that premium refers to radios with amp.
That is correct. So your wiring diagram would be this:

I see your unit claims to come with a steering wheel control harness, but the reviews on Amazon say it doesn’t work (unless that’s your review).

opened up the steering column and see bunch of wires off 3 diff connectors (air bag, cruise control, audio controls). ANY ONE know which wire may be bcan-l and bcan-h at steering column?
I don’t know if @Janz3n has the ability to see the wiring at the steering wheel?

I probably should ask to make sure, but are you in the US, because wiring is different based on country.

Thx. That may be my review as I wanted to share that the AD isn't correct and few reviews. Plus some reviews are incorrectly shared across multiple products.

Yes in US.

Thanks for the link. That looks like the same diagram as shared on page 1 of this thread but the wires are different. This diagram doesnt have bcan-l or bcan-h wires on any plugs. And the B plug has fewer wires than mine has. Either way both diagrams dont look to match my wires. :(

I pulled the steering column to see whats there. 3 plugs (guessing based on where each is on the steering wheel -- the right side is the cruise control---all wires as spread out btwn the Y shape (grey tape/tan tape).
The left two plugs look to be the airbag(yellow plug with blue wires???) and white plug above yellow may be steering controls....red/blk and brn/lite brn?

Stopped there as messing with wires while battery is active can trigger air bag. May undo battery when I have time, then unplug the white one, then install factory radio, reconnect battery, and see if SWC is dead. Then may check for resistance at the brn wires.

That looks like the same diagram
I just realized the thread I linked only has the standard radio and that isn't the diagram for the nav unit. I guess we don't have anyone who's uploaded the nav diagram.

it's $30/day to access the honda service and wiring info unless you know someone who's already got access?
