What are you having for dinner?

We went out last night. Rode the bikes to the brewery and ordered take out from the farm to table place across the street. Freshly tapped Peach Pale Ale called La Peche Mode....Delish!

Wifey had the salmon sammich and I had the shkrimp po’boy.

We had a ham dinner (ham, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans and rolls) last night at my parents. My wife and I went along with my sister and niece (6 years old).

Tonight usually is pasta night (every Monday) but we are having leftover apricot chicken that we have in the fridge. Then tomorrow I think we will have our pasta night :giggle:
 
Sister AND niece or sister-niece? :shhhh:
 
I had pizza and Chinese take out over the weekend. Cooking resumes today. Weather has gotten cold and rainy here in Seattle so slow cooker recipes will start to come out.
