^ that link. Another user (without car modifications) had it pop on his car, and it was a bad VSA module.

Just had this same thing happen, and the car was hesitating really badly at higher rpms. I didnt get far down the road and had to turn around and park it. The idle is fine. We had a ton of rain the past couple days and I did drive through a puddle but not deep enough to submerge my intake, I hope anyway.

VSA, Steering and Emissions warningpopped up simultaneously. I have observed a rough idle. Note that I have a 2012 Natural Gas Civic, I don’t know if that would make a difference between models concerning these lights. Need your help!!!
47 Ronans how did you solve this issue?. I have the same 2012 CNG civic with the same issue. Mine reads code P0303. I changed the spark plugs also the ignition coil for cylinder #3. But the code keeps coming back even the car runs great...

Look at your maintenance schedule and see what it says for valve adjustments. I don’t know how the nat gas version compares to the regular civic.
