So I no longer live in the NE.... I have relocated to Louisville KY. I have been working on finding some spirited driving routes around the area. I will try and post drives that I have actually done and, quite honestly if I just remember, I will try and post go pro vids of the drive.

I have heard that there are a lot of great country roads just outside the city in surrounding counties but I just haven't had a chance to check them out yet. If anyone has suggestions post them up!

First drive that I have actually done was Covered Bridge Road to Sleepy Hollow Road. Connected by the 265 and rt 42.

If you're looking for the roads covered bridge is rt329 and sleepy hollow is rt 1694. Ignore the directions. I had to drop several points on the map for google to show the loop.

This one is short but im working on trying to make a fun loop and connect a couple more roads to it. English Station Road from Shelbyville Rd to Taylorsville Rd. It starts out boring by SBV as you cut through a development but it changes up pretty quick. The turns are marked 15 and 25 mph and they are pretty tight. You don't have to speed to have fun on this one. The road is narrow and I have seen a fair amount of traffic in both directions.

The right turn in off Shelbyville Rd is at the CVS not the Walgreens. Echo Trail was boring and I have not had a chance to drive Pope Lick Rd yet.

The indiana rt 62-66 from Corydon to Tell City... BOOOORRRRINNNGGG.... just did it today. Figured the weather was over 40 so no ice or snow and no cops out either. Could haul pretty good in a few spots but the turns were few and far between despite what the map looks like.
