it surely is out and exposed to the elements. Easy to blast with some compressed air though. I've seen some NAAASTY computer cases in my time. Granted the users had never opened them up or cleaned them for years.

That's kinda better than using a tower. It would be easier to get rid of the dust when the PC is wall mounted.
