where can i get a steering wheel cover that will fit our cars wheel all the unis are 14-1/2-15-1/2 and they are to big

Check eBay. I got mine for dirt cheap from a dealer that liquidated their inventory.

Just search for 2012 Civic leather steering wheel, or a variation of that. You'll have to sift through the results.

so i called chh and they told me that their kit only comes with the wheel and two bolts and its 409 and the one on ebay is 95 is this to good to be true?

Ended up just copying and pasting it into Safari. That's legit. I bought mine from that seller, I remembered once I read the ID. They raised their price though.

No but everything is labeled with Honda and correct part numbers. I ended up parting out what I didn't use from the swap. It's like I didn't pay anything for the leather steering wheel
