Haven't seen this mentioned. Do you need to flash your car back to stock when you get an inspection or are they inspection ready if you're running completely stock?
If you're referring to state inspections, you'll be fine as long as you don't have any check engine lights on or whatever. They won't have a clue you've modified the ecu.
