Hey guys I am new to this forum. Just joined today. I recently bought a 2014 Civic Si and I love it! I was browsing around trying to look for some wheels that would look good on my car and I came across the Varrstoen ES7's. I'm wanting to run them in 17x9 with a +22 offset with 215/40/17 tires. I always liked the "stanced" look and the wide wheels on BMW's but I'm new the whole low offset scene. My question is would I have to roll my fenders in order for these wheels to fit? I am not planning to slam my car but I want to lower it to the point where there is no more wheel gap so my fender is just above the tire. Will these wheels work with this setup? Will I scrape a lot? Advice is greatly apprciated :).

Here's a picture of what I want my car to look like but probably just a tad bit higher but not too much higher.

That is a wide wheel and low offset for our cars. You can most definitely make them work, but you will need a lot of fender work. Most people with those specs have rolled fenders or pulled fenders. You could get away with it since you don't want to slam it. You would obviously hit bumps that will cause the tires to rub the fender though. I ran into that issue with my CRZ. It never hurt the fender, but it did rub the black plastic down.
