These are the UAE-style projectors that were offered a while back. They are TYC brand; and come complete with all bulbs, PNP wiring harnesses, and 9006 to H11 conversion harnesses.
Lights seem to be dirty on the inside, possibly from condensation inside that dried up. I was going to open the assemblies, clean, and reseal...but decided to just stay with my OEM lights. I don’t trust myself baking them open, etc LOL. I do miss the awesome look of these, and the trick alternating turn signals, though!
