Subwoofer Help

sure, wiring is all the same when you put in an amp in any car.

Looks like the amp is just for the subwoofer? If yes and if you have the premium audio, splice into the line before the factory amp and not after.

If you do not have a factory amp, then just tap to rear speakers like you would usually do when installing an amp. I think your subwoofer rms is 1500w...

You cannot power a 1000w amp off of the factory wiring, The wiring isn't big enough to handle the power requirements. The amp will require its own power source like any normal aftermarket amp install.

Its own power source? I mean i have 4gauge wire kit for it and everything . i just meant will that be too much power for the car to handle. I wanna get a 600 or 1000 watt amp . the sub is 1000rms minimum and 2000 rms max

what do you mean, "can it handle it"? Can the stock speakers handle it?
The amp is only for the subwoofer being installed .my question is ; is the alternator gonna have enough power without killing battery or and alternator from a 1000 watt amp and a sub that powerful

please read through this sticky post

There are quite a few people running 1000w amps on the stock alternator. I'm not going to say you won't have dimming lights and stuff though. If you do upgrade the alternator, you need to take other measures to bypass the stock honda charging system.

As for your battery, the oem batteries are absolute trash. There are a million threads here with people going through 3+ replacement batteries in a year from honda without doing any type of audio upgrades. They even had a batch of recalls on batteries. If you're still on your stock battery (which would be absolutely amazing), you better be prepared to replace/upgrade it.

Just wanted to make sure you weren't looking to power it off the factory wiring (you never know with some people)

I honestly feel that 1000W is complete overkill... unless you're going for SPL competitions.
