Hello Friends of yore!
After much hemming and hawing for over a year, I finally found a car that I've wanted for at least a decade. After playing with Subarus (LGT, WRX) for several years, I've come home to Honda. This began in August of 2017 when I purchased a 2nd Gen Ridgeline. The car itch set in by the spring of this year though.
I found this relatively clean (though the paint is showing its age) 2011 Si Coupe with just over 55k miles in August and raced to claim it. It needs some work, but not much.
(Pictured: my childen)
First mods were wheels and tires. It definitely needs suspension upgrades. Immediately followed by a light upgrade. I decided to go with Diode Dynamics SL series LED bulbs as they claimed they were intended for reflector housings. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they really are.
It was immediately plunged into the flames by going on a Tail of the Dragon trip in late September.
(With cameo appearances by @k757 and @death_roll
I have a long way to go with this car, but wanted to share some pictures!
Hope you all enjoy this build, will be a long and rewarding journey!
