OK so after seeing if anyone had a good solution that came back blank, I finally had some time to assert myself, and it's funny bc it was so obvious.
I chose to mount my infinity basslink at the wider part of the trunk on the left side (closest to the bumper and to the left)\
Now what I did was try to ground the amp using the tail light bracket post-- resulted in a bad ground and the sub humming even when the car was off.
So I peeled the carpet back more (going downwards from the tail light) and bam! I found a OEM cluster negative spot! I loosened the 10mm bolt, slipped in my ground and I also changed my rem location to the ACC Fuse, and now its working great.
Hope this helps anyone who doesnt want to mount their similar set up on top of the spare tire cover
