This is nothing major, I can do this myself. I'm pretty sure the dealer will charge a couple hundred dollars to do this. If I do it myself, will it void my car warranty?

every dealership is different, but it would be around $80. You can get pricing by just calling your nearest dealer. Regardless, the items on the list can easily be done if you have some ramps to do the oil change, and a car jack/jack stands. Your warranty will not be void if you do the items yourself.
