fast slowing from 130mph+ i get hard vibration and it slows, but not as fast as i would like

I understand its going to vibrate, maybe even damage pads rotors ect..

MY Question with $$ in mind , whats my best option?

1 Changing to High Performance Pads only (Like EBC Yellow or red)
2 Changing to HP pads and Rotors
3 Big brake Kit (lots of $$$)

I dont run on track or constant abuse.. I just want to make sure that if i ever get back up to high speeds,
I have Better performance out of my brakes if i need it.

I'd recommend starting with two basic things........ Some good fresh brake fluid about once a year, and learn how to deposit layers of your pads on to the rotors periodically.
The recommended method is to(KEEP A EYE ON YOUR REAR VIEW MIRROR).... Get up to 50+ mph and brake hard down to 5 mph...... Do this about 7 times in a row(don't let the rotors cool down during this process)........ Do not allow the car to come to a complete stop until you've completed the job, and still keep moving until the brakes have cooled down......... This will give your rotors a pad layer that makes the brakes work their best.

Hitting the brakes hard to the point of heating them up, and then coming to a stop is usually what will make them vibrate, for having uneven deposits melt onto the rotors.
