Just saw on their Facebook page that password jdm is shutting down. If there is anything you want to order from them now is the time. They will be running sales to get rid of their stock.

Didn't they do this once before? I think a few years ago they said they were going out of business but it was just them moving from one warehouse to another or something like that? I don't see how a profitable business wouldn't be sold. Also aren't they a large machine shop? They have a couple machines listed for sale. Seems like something else is going on not just the "want to move on to other things."

I bet they don't completely close or they just re-open with a new name. Selling the name alone would be worth something. They have quite a following and have branded the PW:JDM logo pretty well on people. Something is fishy especially since not everything is on sale.

They got like 600+ comments, over a thousand shares on fb.... endless people talking about how it could maybe be sold to another buyer etc. Not once did they comment that they "weren't going out of business".
