New Guy Question - Stock Radio

Hi, new here and have a question.
I have a 2012 Civic SI, no upgrades, stock radio. I had an ignition interlock uninstalled and since then I have no sound at all, but the radio works fine. By this I mean the radio looks as if it should be working perfectly - just no sound is coming from the speakers. From what I know the ignition interlock is hooked up to the horn and headlights but the company said it is not hooked up to the audio system at all. And so they won't fix the problem.
Basically I know there is a wiring problem somewhere, but I don't know enough about it to tell where. I check the fuses and I haven't found a blown one. I think probably there is a power source hooked up wrong somewhere and am looking for some idea where to start looking.
I don't think its a problem with the actual speakers because all the work done with the interlock was only right under the dash - but like I said I really don't know much about it.
If anyone has any ideas to help me get started that would be great.

If the car audio was working when you went in to have the interlock uninstalled, and then quit as soon as they took it out... you need to take it back to them. Trying to troubleshoot their removal should not be your issue. If you still want to do it yourself, I suggest looking for installation instructions for the unit you had. I couldn't find much of anything online myself, and there looks to be a bunch of models.

Hey thanks! I never saw a wiring diagram for it, thats pretty cool. Anyways, I did try to get them to fix t he issue, and they told me it wasn't connected to the audio system at all. So now that I see that maybe I can fight it a little bit more. I called Honda and they said if it was related to the uninstallation of the device it would be 99.99/hr. I appreciate the help and hopefully they will fix their mistake! I'm going to look at that ACC power, I think thats got to be the issue...maybe?

before you pay anyone pop your hood and check the fuse box in there there is one for your premium amp but i cant remember for the life of what number it is (look at the bottom of the box cover and it will be tords the top i think). the reason i say to double check that fuse is because this sounds like an amp issue, if everything works but no sound the amp is most likely at fault.

Since you have an Si with the Premium Audio System, they may have disconnected the factory amp by mistake if you have a coupe. The amp is near the steering column above the accelerator pedal. If they were working near the ignition, they may have unplugged the amp to do the uninstall and forgot to plug it back in. There are two harnesses that plug into the amp, side by side. The amp is black with a big heat sink on it. You can't miss it.
