I have been in the back of a patrol car when I was younger I remember the officer being able to roll my window up and down. Guy has some balls to just roll out in a squad car after they already knew who he was.

^ The extra charges that come along. Felony grand theft auto, I'm sure he will get another for escaping custody. The judge is gonna throw the whole library on this guy.
