Has any 2013+ si sedan guys/girls taken their front bumper off?

Hey guys I have a non si and I'm purchasing the lower grille/fog lights. Im waiting on delivery but never bought the part called spoiler fr lip. Can some tell me exactly what this is I don't think I need it to install the lower portion but would like to no what it is. Here's the part list and diagram so u know what I'm referring to. Let me know if I need this to complete that portion of the mod.

I have removed the bumper. Its fairly simple actually. Just a ton of those stupid push rivets.
