Nope. But if you have an iPhone and connected via USB, your album art works.
I have Gracenote on my Tacoma sound system. It sucks! I love when a picture of Simon and Garfunkel show up when I have hard rock playing (and no, it's not the cover of Sound of Silence).

I'm guessing the 2013 honda civic was more to the iphone then android?
