Front right rubbing/squeaking sound?

I drive a 2013 civic si coupe
i recently dropped it with the Eibach sportsline drop springs.
the front passenger side seems to be making a squeaking/rubbing sound when i turn the wheel.
i checked underneath the car and my control arm bushing is already bad?
why it the bushing bad already? is it cause my alignment ? if so im planing on getting the eibach alignment kit
will that help?

Control arm bushing doesn't seem likely. Can you take a picture of said bushing?

not the first time ive heard this,but dont remember the fix or problem.There were alot of issues when they first came out though.
