First oil change on my 2015..

Hey guys, went for my first oil change on my 2015 Civic Si. They noticed that the timing chain cover was leaking oil..
Is this something that is common?

It is obviously under warranty, but hoping I didn't get a "lemon" ..

I've seen a couple people mention it. I've not seen any issues after they had it fixed though. Truthfully, I wouldn't worry.

I also did a little research and found similar cases..

Most likely still going to have a look once in a while to see if the issue comes back.
I'm assuming that it is easy to see the timing chain cover from the engine bay.
