Of course not. I'm much fatter than that. There'd be rolls of excess dough flapping in the wind... that covers the plate.

My friend actually had a temporary plate on his truck's tinted rear window when he bought it. He drive through the EZ-passes without getting caught due to the dark tint. He did that until he actually got the real license plates. But at least his way wasn't too outrageous compared to those pictures.

Is it true that out of state plates that go in those lanes won't get fined? I've never tried it I just always heard.

you will be sent a bill... automated things take a pic - and then you're billed in the mail. They send you a pic /bill and a place to send your payment. Been there

Good idea. I hate tolls. While trying to navigate around a few new highway ramps in New York I ended up going through the same toll twice. Spent a whole 2 mins on the turnpike and paid over $3!
