Cold start squeal (not belt squeak)

Started happening a couple weeks ago. Two mornings it was really bad, since then it hasn't happened or has been very minimal. Thoughts? Alternator issue?

Tension roller needs a new bearing, just get a new roller. If you want to check to see if I'm right, spray the pulley bearing while it's squeaking, and it'll stop, but won't fix it.

That must explain why the sound is minimal now, I did give it a spray a few days ago.
