Can some one explain to me the difference of coilivers an coilivers sleeves? I wanna do like a 3/4" drop but don't have money for full coil overs. Can I just use sleeves

if you're only looking to go that small of a drop, I'd look at just getting lowering springs. Eibach pro kit is like 1.2 inch drop on the SI ~ $240.

sleeves look like the pic below - cost like $400 for the 8th gen civic

have you seen the lowered sedan thread? Users are able to basically scrap the frame on coilovers without issue. Makes no real difference on rim size. The overall diameter of the tire is the same on 16's, 17's, 18's, 19's.... etc. The tire sidewall is just shrinking as you go up in rim size. The diameter of the tire stays the same. If you get something bigger than stock, your speedometer will be off. Look through this thread - maybe from the end going back towards the beginning to see some setups. They range from slightly lowered to scraping.
