I'm currently deployed but want a nice set of wheels for my baby when I get back. I'm trying to get a set that doesn't cost over 1500 and weigh around 18 pounds each if possible.

I'm looking for 18"s that are between 8 and 9" thick.

I really like the way the Centigrams by Konig look but don't know how much they weigh or the Volk TE37 but they are pretty expensive. Any suggestions?

Konig lists the centigram as being available in a 19" only. They generally do make a pretty lightweight wheel though. I would bet that just about any 18" from Konig would be pretty close to the weight you are looking for. They are fairly affordable also.

XXR makes a lot of great looking and affordable wheels but they are HEAVY.

A set of Enkei RPF1 would fit your budget and weight very well. An 18x8 = 17.8 lbs and the 18x9 = 18.4lbs. They are generally around $300/wheel so $1200ish total and still some money left for hubcentric rings, lug nuts, center caps, and shipping.

RPF1s look best in a 9" width though. Look at many many pictures to see what I mean. The wheel is totally different in a 9" width than any other size.

WedsSport SA-15-R's might be worth a look also. I think I saw the 18x8.5 listed at around 19lbs each and they are generally around $300/wheel also from various sellers.
