amp and sub install on lx?

im planning on upgrading my front and back speakers in the furture.i know all of them are 6 1/2 inch speakers. does anyone know how to install amp and subwoofer to the factory radio? i did it in my old car ( 97 civic lx) it was pretty simple because everything was spaced out and i had a aftermark headunit and new speakers and i loved it.

Use a line out converter and wire it to the rear speaker wires in the trunk, it has rca outputs that will then go to the amp

Or u can buy an amp with built in high level inputs to wire into the speaker wiring for the signals. Sony and jl makes self turn on amps so u dont need to tap into the fuse box for the signal wire.

alright thanks. so all i need to do is basically hook the outline coverter into my rear speakers?

Yep, then rca's from the LOC to the amp. The rest of it is like wiring up any amp.
