8th gen exhaust on a 9th gen

Anyone know if the 8th gen skunk 2 exhaust will fit the 9th gen? I have a guy who wants to trade my invidia for the the skunk2 he said he though they fit.

The diameters of the piping and the mounting points are different from what I know.

I had the thermal before buying the full race (cheap from a friend) and all you have to do is get the right rubbers and add 4 inches of piping where the down pipe is and it is all good

Mmmmm sounds like more than what I want to do. Like 4" to the back of the dp or to extend the dp down?

Well yes it is to extend the down pipe to bolt it to the exhaust
