I finally found a potential buyer for my stock wheels but we do not know if my 13 civic EX wheels will fit on his 2012 hybrid can you guys help us out? thank you!!

They will fit. It will hurt their mpg, but they will fit.

I can't honestly say for sure, but it will be decreased. The hybrid wheels are pretty lightweight for increased mpg, and they are also designed with wind testing to eliminate as much drag as possible. All to help increase mpg.
